This is well presented however it’s really much simpler than a wall of text. The recipe for battlefield has already been written and returning to that is what players wanted imo. Taking the best aspects of previous titles and incorporating it into a modern shooter that can take full advantage of the increased power of the new consoles and pc hardware. Most of your suggestions are simply legacy features.
I did not read the text only the bullet points and in detail you may be right... but that's your view as a player who still plays the game, but you/me do not represent the other 95% of players who have already left or even did not buy the game, because of the bad press.
The problem of the game is much deeper than you listed… it starts really from the bad map design which cannot be fixed by replacing spawn points to the complete unbalanced gameplay which includes weapons, vehicles, movement, etc.
This game cannot be fixed in this way that you get players back and make it as a success (also from financial point of view). They will deliver some patches, you will get your season passes, because they were already sold… but in the background they will start already with next iteration under new leadership. And to be honest, this is the best they can do to forget this disaster as soon as possible.
