BF 2042 auto-gear changes to new server & cycle zeroing distance missing

Hello to the community.

Some questions about Battlefield 2042

1. Sometimes after entering a new server for playing, my gear is different than the usual - it's changed. Is that happens because of some server restriction to specific items, optics, barrels, etc or is it something else?

2. What about cycle zeroing distance for snipers in Battlefield 2042? Is it missing at all on that game, or that setting it's somewhere else where i can't find it?
