Not sure if this is a technical issue or general discussion, but I figured I'd just post it here.I just installed the early access version of BF2042 Ultimate Edition that is part of the EA Play Pro subscription service, but it seems I don't have any of the pre order bonuses on my account. At first I figured they just haven't been added yet, but I've since then noticed a lot of people with the Old Guard title/"tag" for example (which is one of those pre-order items).The only reason I haven't pre-ordered the game is because I'm paying for the EA Play Pro subscription anyway, and the Ultimate Edition (the version I wanted) is already included in that.Does this mean I have to pre-order the game after all to be able to get these items, even though I've already got EA Play Pro?

Having the same issue. i think it is a server side problem and will require a fix.

If you're missing the pre-order content, please reach out to support and they'll take a look into it for you. Who you contact will depend on what store you made the purchase from:

Origin/PC: Contact us

PlayStation Store: Contact PlayStation Support

Xbox Store: Microsoft Support

It's in the title.

EA Play Pro

Which is only available on PC

And I didn't make a purchase, it's a recurring subscription service. Which was kind of my point.

I figured this was a general issue for anyone who subscribes to EA Play Pro (and apparently I was right), and not specific to just me or my "purchase", which is why I posted this here on the forums.

But I'll use the 'Contact us' form as well I suppose.

Hi,
Im playing on PC, with EA Play Pro membership. Speaking to tech support they literally tell me this
"Okay, from what we can see, with the EA Play Pro membership you have the benefits of the Ultimate edition but not the pre-order of the game"
This is my case number 94934245

In my case, the support person kept sending it to a new one for like 6 different people. :P

Until the final one told me that sometimes these things might take some time to sync, especially with these early access releases.

They said I should contact support again in a few days if the pre-order items haven't showed up yet.

I guess we'll see how much of that was true in a few days.

Mine said it was a glitch on the server and will be fixed within two days. then we'll get our pre-order content. though when i asked why some people can use their pre-order content i got no reply

@Ruisurvivor That's not correct. it literally says on EA PlayPro you get the pre-order content. you always do with games on there, it was like that for the previous BF games
