BF portal all weapons, gadgets, and vehicles please

I am trying to make a RUS vs US military game mode without any one-shot, marathon simulator *.

To do that I really want all weapons and gadgets to be used in the 2042 library as well as bf 3 soldiers. 

Right now I am limited to choose factions that all have their own limitations.

Ideally I want Portal to allow another option where all characters and gadgets and vehicles are allowed on both sides.

In addition I want each operator can use any gadget.

From there as a host, I can narrow down what gadget, vehicle, and character the player can use to make my perfect 2042 experience.

All that I am asking for is portal to have its traditional categories such as 2042, 1942, BF3 and BC2, and a additional category that has everything in it.

In theory this is not hard at all because each soldier should be inherent from a base soldier class. 

In that case the base soldier should be able to wield any weapon and gadget because it is the base of all soldiers.

I want that soldier to be editable so that I can create my own specialists and classes

In my opinion the more power each player has, the less work DICE needs to do because the players would create something they find fun out of the scrap they are given.
