BF1942 portal / no ammo box

When selecting BF1942 factions, there are no ammo crates available to resupply from, I'm also aware that there's no gadget to revive with but I can live with that, spawn beacons would be nice too, however, the most important thing is the ammo box, there are no ammo stations and no ammo gadget for soldiers, please DICE, fix this problem, thank you.
