The Wildcat with dual AA 30 mm cannons absolutely rips anything thats in the air apart . Specially if they fly close to you.
I usually run it with dual AA 30mm cannons and Anti-Tank missiles which makes it a threat to anything on the battlefield.
Ive had games were ive alone been able to shut down the airspace for the entire enemyteam and deny any flying what so ever.
Then we have the mapdesign that is currently a huge issue when it comes to infantry vs air-vehicles. We wouldn´t have this discussion if infantry had any cover what so ever.
But i also see that most people will always spawn with tanks instead of picking the wildcat. Tanks are just annother thing that gets ripped apart by jets and helicopters.
I wish more people could see the potentialt in running the wildcat with the Dual AA 30 mm cannons instead of picking tanks.

And why do you think that a helicopter should not have a chance to win over an anti-aircraft gun? From practice, if the anti-aircraft gun was distracted or missed the attacking helicopter from the field of view, then the factor of surprise is on the side of the helicopter, which has a chance to take advantage of this. I have a good skill in a helicopter and I can say that a good anti-aircraft gunner who set out to prevent helicopters from flying around on the map freely locks the helicopter in spawn and does not allow it to fly out. When I take an anti-aircraft gun, I don’t have any problems in the fight against aircraft.
