@NavyRigger05 I have seen 2 ragehackers, though they were gunners for my CAV Brawler. Most likely since gunning in ground transports means you're hard to kill, the guns have almost no spread despite the crosshair and leading projectiles is not impossible to implement for a hack. The first time I was confused, the second time I caught on I decided to give up and drive into whatever enemy tank I found.
That being said, if you're standing still, it's INCREDIBLY easy to headshot you, no hacks needed.

@Lady_One indeed. As many have pointed out, in this game one is in a near-constant state of being spotted: it adds to the feeling of “x is a cheat.” On ‘BFV’ it was/is easier to tell as there were no gadgets nor abilities that made this the case.
Always be moving seems to be the antidote to not being awkwardly and bizarrely shot.
