I don't know. IF you want them exactly like BF4 go play BF4.
They are more floaty here but very well could be by design to give momentum to the flying and not let them turn on rails so much. A nerf/balance decision of sorts.
- 4 years ago@trip1ex Not even about how floaty but we don't even have the option to map controls to make it similar to BF4.
Previous Battlefield's had "veteran" controls for previous Battlefield titles for on foot, ground vehicles, air vehicles etc
This is an easy fix and something that should have been implemented with the launch of the game.
I have been playing BF4 for this reason but still hoping they fix 2042 so I can come back and play that. - 4 years ago@trip1ex Battlefield 4 is the golden example/template of how good all the controls used to be for a game. Heck you could fine tune your hipfire crosshair by size color and even how how transparent. Battlefield4 always has been the King of Battlefield games. Been downhill ever since.

I dislike that you have to be practically 90 degrees to gain any sort of momentum.
