Well i can do whatever i want with any helicopters and i play with MKB .. Roll left right pitch up down Mouse .. Trottle up Spacebar , trottledown control , Yaw on A and D
And its very good and very similar to BF4 actually lol Also i dont want Dice to touch anything in the vehicles controle right now .. exept maybe making 120mm tanks more responsive and less slugish

Try as I might I just can't pull up when flying with a mouse on my pc for any flying object. Squirrel suit, choppers all the same. When I pull the mouse back nothing happens. Tried countless bindings but flying is out for me..... Levelling up choppers was high on my priority list 😢

map pitch up to space bar. (btw it could be pitch down you have to map because either a bug or inverted controls or something like that I forget.)
- @Stew360 of course if your on PC you have no problem because you guys can actually map buttons effectively. We have no control options on console though. I already tried to remap it to clone the controls on BF4. It does not work....YET!
- @BluntBlowinBaby The first thing I did when I installed BF2042 was try to remap the flight controls/buttons on PS5 and you know what happened? It crashed the game and I haven't even attempted it since. That was my first great experience with BF2042. Think the closest to BF4 controls on BF2042 are "Legacy" controls. Not Veteran, but "Legacy" and they don't even come close to what it was in BF4.
I personally think they're not going to fix it or give us console players the options to remap the controls/buttons the way we wish to. Just feels to me like they're deliberately making these design choices to make the game more accessible to the very casual players who don't really care about the franchise and who would pay for cosmetics.- @Arfan76 Funny you have the same problems as me on xbox, if I try to do the same my console hard quits.

Thats always been a issues with consoles .. but with Elite controlers you can remap your stuff . Of course if you dont have an elite controler then it might be a issue i dont know ..
I have not try it on controler yet . but i would have guess its similar to bad company wich i played a ton of Heli on Xbox and playstation . If not its weird .
Anyway i dont know why consoles dont have button remapping in all games just like PC does- @Stew360 I do have a controller that is remapable for that exact same reason. Between games I'm always changing controls but it does not work on Battlefield 2042 sadly.
