@laserheart10 I played on all 5 platforms in BF4 and had relatively few issues although some did experience bigger issues. The biggest thing I experienced was taking down the tower on Shanghai crashing the server so people just didn't take down the tower until it was fixed. I will say that even at launch in BF4 when I shot a man in the chest the hits registered unlike in 2042 where people seem to be randomly invincible. Shooting is the core mechanic of an FPS so I'm baffled how this wasn't observed in internal testing.

I agree with your original post.
I totally agree that BF4 at launch was a very bad experience for most players, but it had the ideas and the potential of a great Battlefield and all of us (almost) saw that, so mostly the frustration was hitreg, a lot of small flaws that mainly gor corrected - still some never did get removed but all in all it got the attention it should have and it was at the core a BF game.
All BF's had starter issues and that is to be corrected/patched underway, but 2042 doesnt have anything related to a BF game at all, and that part you cant patch your way out of - you would have to rewrite the whole game and remove and add features in a scale that wont be possible unless you make a whole new game. Battlefield 2042-2 Version "we try again" .
I played a ton of BF4 for 3 to 4 months prior to the release of 2042. All I can say is a much older game is 1000% better than what they released. We technically got an alpha version of the game. Whoever in EA that signed off on this game, should be fired
- @xXPllasmaXx There is no way they will bring classic class system...there is no way to bring battlelog...there is no way to change vehicle gameplay...the only thing they can do is to fix bugs....
