I can agree with that. It further incentivizes teammates (or the pilot) to take a repair tool and do it the old-fashion way.
I kind of agree with this idea. The old repair tool (torch or hammer depending on the title 🙂 ) is the way beyond a certain limited self repair. Other titles have done it, however, this is where "Heros" change the game. It's not fair to put that limit on a vehicle while Lis can see them and fire steerable rockets from all angles. A tricky balance is needed.

While the rockets are steerable, they are not agile and they are slow. Sharp turns, poles, trees, fast moving vehicles and other obstructions block the shot or just plain outrun it. Most ground does not sit in the middle of a plain immobile, unless they are in their starting zone like this guy.
