The nerf was needed for Angel and Boris.
The way dice introduced armor plates to the game was terribly implemented, should've never been in the base game only to hazard zone.
Boris users were just campers, hide hind the turret to avoid getting shot.
I have nothing more to say because 90% of folks agree with my statement.

@CarreraLuuI'm was a Boris user and never hid behind my turret. I've rarely seen Boris used like that. To be honest he was a middle of pack used specialists. I simply use it as an alarm system or to cover my six. For example if I'm protecting the top point on Orbital I'll put it on top of one stairs as I'm guarding the other stairs. My turret rarely got kills, to me it was simply a useful squadmate. Squadmates never stay and defend a point.
