Breakthrough mode and capture points on top of buildings

Orbital and Kaleidoscope are the worst, I haven’t seen a team win as attackers AT ALL. Allowing the enemy to spawn on top, and then call in vehicles as well just makes this a mess. Some have said use a heli and drop people but that doesn’t work either with massive amounts of AA. The elevators are a death trap, you are lucky to fire a shot before you are dead once you make it up top. Orbital is even worse as there are some cables to use but 64 players can easily choke every route up. This is only a problem with Breakthrough as Conquest you can just take all of the other points if the team stacks up on the rocket building. I would recommend disabling vehicle drops on top of buildings. And coming up with more ways up to the top to give attackers some kind of chance to win. The games drag on forever now and it is a garunteed loss, not fun at all. Please try it for yourself as attacker and see what you think.

  • Breakthrough cap areas in general are way too small for 128 players but the ones on top of buildings are certainly the worst. Definitely need to prevent spawning vehicles on rooftops and extend the cap zones to let aircraft capture from the air. Defenders should lose their aircraft spawns on these sectors.

  • !00% I made a post about this yesterday. Its game-breaking. I had a good team we blasted right through the first set of capture point old to have 64 people blocking 6 zip lines.

    I'm blown away about this design decision tbh. There are 3 maps like this and they all play out exactly the same every time.

    Also spawning vehicles on building tops on breakthrough needs to change. They have 2 hovercrafts covering the roof top with 60 other players. 

    The attacker doesn't even make it up the zip line. 

    This needs to be changed ASAP its going to kill the game mode.

    There are multiple threads on this issue,  but none getting much love.  Encourage your pals to give it some XP.  

    The spawning of vehicles on rooftops,  already with 60 people camped on top has broken the game on these maps.  You might manage to get one of two points under control, but that just means the defenders all spawn on the final rooftop.  Played a game yesterday,  500 lives, made absolutely no headway at all on the final point.   It's nigh on impossible to get players out of the lifts when the door opens, if you're lucky,  you can get out,  but you'll be dead within 5/10 seconds.  There is just too much firepower for 5 or six people arriving via a lift once every 30 seconds.  It's like the ending of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid,  but much much worse.
