was a weird move removing 128. I literally have no idea what they are thinking, just like 2042, Dice seem to be a lost cause. Especially with how 2042 is being handled, it really is a mess, and it just keeps getting worse.
I don't think the patch is removing 128 players. I think its just 128 Breakthrough specifically.
- @Hezek1yah Yes, I bought 2042 primarily to play 128p breakthrough, I don't enjoy conquest very much. 128p conquest is still there, but I have no interest in playing a running simulator and prefer the breakthrough gameplay.
we know they are not removing 128 players, they are removing breakthrough 128p and thats the problem. Even if they want to remove the walking simulator conquest i wont agree with that because there are many people who like it.
So just do the same with breakthrough and dont remove it since we are A LOT of people who love that modYeah this whole thing just baffles me. Its pretty obvious that any feedback or surveys are just ignored and they will just carrying on doing what they want to do, regardless whether the players like it or not.
They are sinking their own ship. I truly wish that one day that the BF franchise is sold to devs that actually give a toss about what BF is all about, EA/Dice obviously dont.
Does make me wonder if this is the sort of incompetence we can expect for future BF games now. They really know how to push players away and destroy any faith players may have left
- @Spidder81 DICE loves feedback! They toss out all the feedback they disagree with because clearly all those people are wrong, and they accept the feedback they agree with because clearly those people are actually very smart.
Same thing as always. Based on what folks in the early technical tests said, DICE absolutely ignored/rejected the vast majority of critical feedback, including a lot of things they're having to address now that the game is out in the wild. I was responding to spidder81's comment, "was a weird move removing 128."
Trying to find any and everything to argue and complain about is an odd hobby.
