Bring back squad perks from bf4

I don't know how complicated it needs to be but there needs to be some reward for following squad orders and also perhaps for diversifying class types in a squad, to avoid things like a squad of snipers for instance. I also think squad leaders should have the option to kick players from the squad. It worked in other Battlefields why not now?
