Have decent amount of friends waiting to purchase based on if dice officially addresses what the plan is for allowing larger groups to play together. This is probably the biggest issue that needs be addressed with 2042.

Yeah my group has been playing a lot of Hell Let Loose. At least that lets you join with 6 and isn't nearly as hard to get more than one group to join the same game. With no news on this we may just stick with that game.
Sadly I don't see platoons being added, there has been a bunch of things in previous Battlefield titles that have been removed for no reason. The fact that you're returned to the lobby after each round of all out war craps on any chance to play with more then 4 people which is honestly sad. Battlefield was suppose to be about community and playing with groups of people you enjoyed playing with. Do I hope DICE get their * together and fix all these things that are missing from previous titles? Hell yeah I do but I just don't know if they will ☹️
