In the recent update, one of the operators in russian version of the game started using a very offensive and unacceptable quote. It sound like "What could better than the good old BUCHA". I am well aware, that in this context "bucha" means ruckus, commotion or fight. But it also is a name of a ukrainian City of Bucha, which suffered a genocide of hundreds of civilians by the hands of russian troops during russian invasion on Ukraine. For Ukrainians Bucha is a symbol of a great tragedy and sorrow, losses and devouring pain. I am highly offended that such quote made it to the final game, and I believe it should be investigated and deleted, whichever original context it means.

I tried contacting russian support, but was told that "it's just different context" and that they aren't going to do anything with it.

Then I reached out to the British support representative, who was very helpful and told me to also post this issue here to quicken up the process.
