I think all the extra XP support players get from revives/heals/ammo are enough of a "perk" to be honest.
I don't think they require any special free perks to make them viable and I run support 90% of the time already.
I usually run Angel with medic crate or. Falck with an ammo crate none of the changes that they have proposed are going to change that.
It is pretty easy to rack up XP between dropping ammo boxes, revives and healing with syrette pistol, that is more than enough of a perk for most.
As a matter of fact the changes being proposed are probably going to encourage MORE people to start playing support, since heals and ammo are going yo be at a premium since the other can't equip them.
how can something like this come about or even be defended, do people live behind the moon here? It is a clear nerf compared to all other specialists.
If you apply that to everyone, you'd have to take away Sundance's wingsuit and Mackay's Nimble passive.

As far as I know Falck still keeps her syrette pistol, Irish still has his sentinel and shield, and Angel still has his supply crate THOSE are they're passive traits not the defibrillators.
