I am not really new to the battlefield.. and I honestly prefer my game to be without Bots!I can't say if the bots availability will be good or bad yet, but from the sounds of it, it seems a nice option to have, as long as it is an option!Does anyone know if we can enable, disable bots? or choose servers with or without bots?I generally use Europe region and even to this day the population is pretty healthy with enough servers and players in BF4 and BFV (even early in the morning on Mondays)Just a question to see if this information is available, I could not find a thread that covers this 🙂Sorry if this question has been asked..Happy gaming 🙂

As mentioned already, there's no in-depth information about the AI at the moment. However, as the info we do have mentions they'll be used for seeding servers, I wouldn't hang any hopes on us being able to deactivate them ourselves for the time being. Time will tell with this one though.

No answer has been confirmed for this specific question, so keep your fingers crossed that there will be bot-free servers on release day!

I feel the same way. It will help a ton of platers new/ or old to the series, but i do want to know if it can be disabled. I myself am not a bot kind of person, but I also understand some are. I just want to know if the game will feature non-bot servers.

I can't get into normal PUBG, TitanFall matches because of bots. It's like that very odd WW2 game called Enlisted, just can't get into it because of the bots lol

From the information I've read it sounds like bots will be in all the multiplayer modes including Conquest and Breakthrough. Apparently DICE intends to use bots as a Band-Aid to patch over their matchmaking problems.
Remember the long matchmaking queues in FireStorm due to not enough players? That won't happen anymore because DICE will just fill the server up with bots and start the round. 😒
Sounds like a boring online experience to me. I play online games to play against other people, not bots.
Pre-order cancelled. I'll try the beta, but if it's full of bots then it's time to find a new multiplayer game that offers the Player vs Player experience I'm looking for.

@SlickDungle to be honest I was gonna pre order no matter what...until I saw how they monetized specialist and tied them to a specific gadget. Now ai lol give me a break.

@LJBattlefield apart from they are all in grunt uniforms and so will stand out. I'd rather be in a server with 'just' 100 players, than add a further 28 AI bots.

As I've said in the other thread about bots, at least give us the option to play on bot-free servers. I too am not a fan of playing against bots in multiplayer. Now for those of you who are fans of bots, I hope we both get what we wish for, and that's having an option.

@DaizerNation I've said it a thousand times & I'll say it again, "let the players decide". Adding a Bot Fill feature is fine, just so long as you let admins on servers disable it if they want to.

If the Bots can't be turned off, act like drunk monkeys, and instantly laser you when they randomly happen to decide to shoot, that would totally ruin the entire game.

The 'there is no in-depth information' is getting old fast. You're pushing the pre-order hard, but can't let us know the details of game you want us to buy.
