Can I run 2042?

Hard to say. I didn't meet minimum specs during beta but the game ran just fine for me. Better than BF5 does to be honest. However there's nothing to say performance won't be different in the final release.

If it does, will it run poorly?
Yes. Your processor and graphics card are at or below the minimum spec.

Battlefield 2042 is very resource hungry. It is pushing high-end systems where it can just as much as lower-tier systems.
