Can the rocket pods from attack helis be more precise?

Its almost impossible to fight another heli with the rocket pods like we were used to in BF3/4. In 90% of the time its just AA rocket spam and who hits first will win, its frustrating that "skill" is not really needed. I just want nice air to air battles.
