I have a similar problem when I want to pick which specialist to play before the round starts: I try to see what the others are playing as, so we don’t for example have two of the same specialist, which is often not optimal, however many times I simply cannot identify which specialists the others in my squad are playing because they are wearing - to me - unknown cosmetic items.
