Changing to squads or teams - more than 4

So as you all already know there is no easy way to change to a friends squad or change teams in this game.  I know they added the "Change Squad" feature more recently but considering all that does is put you in another random squad, I have been trying a few things to see if I can find a work around.

I wanted to post up my results, as this isn't really a technical problem (as it is an issue with the game itself) i figured it would be more appropriate to post in the General Discussion.  If this would be more suited for Technical Discussion, please move ADMIN, and I apologize.

So as of the last few nights our Team Death Match hardcore server has became pretty popular, and because of that we have had an influx of players join our discord and "try to group up together".  Unfortunately because of the design of the game, its almost impossible. . . . However, last night I was able to get 2 full squads in our server and on the same team 3 times in a row and wanted to share how I did it (i haven't seen any other posts) and im hoping others can try it and test.

Basically we had 8 of us on, 6 were in the same team, and 1 was in a squad on the other team (but in party chat, so we could still chat in game). . . weird right.  Well it stayed that way for a few games and I decided to try to get us all in the same server, same team, and in 2 squads.

NOTE: The only way this worked was on my custom server, so I had to use ADMIN and kick enough players on the team we all wanted to be on.  In this case it was 6 players so I kicked 8.  Of course i posted a "making room message" and invited folks to follow the host and come back soon

Step 1.  If your in a party, disband your party.

Step 2.  Recreate the party and invite said players.  IF its more than 4 people, have the other group do the same.

Steb 2b.  Make the appropriate room

Step 3.  Leave the server.

Step 4.  Re-Join the server (as party leader) and you should drag your party in the server on your same team this time.

Step 5.  Have the other party leader do the same.  By this time if the room filled up, just make more room for them.

I know it shouldn't have to be done this way, but for the first time last night we were able to take 2 split up squads, all over the teams in the server, and get them on the same side and I wanted to share this to see if anyone else was willing to give it a try and confirm I didn't just get lucky last night.

Just wanted to update this thread.  We have been able to do this multiple times with 3 full squads on discord.  Just wanted to let everyone know.

To simplify, create the party, have everyone join it, then kick 4-5, or 8-9  players and everyone back out to lobby.  Then simply join your game back and BOOM, two squads on same team on discord.
