If you see a suspected cheater, please report them by using the appropriate tools. We can't take any action against such accounts on Answers HQ, so using the reporting options available gets those to the right teams.
@EA_Mako Please trust me, we have tried many times to report on: https://help.ea.com
But these criminal group members from China have not been punished, On the contrary, we are harassed, bullied and attacked by fake messages on Facebook.
BF4's Asia servers have DDoS attacks every day or even every hour, My boss "Fragnet" is quite troubled by this.
Because each DDoS attack may cause a loss of 600 or 1200 US dollars.
This is not just affecting the game server software of Battlefield 4, This may also affect the operation of other game server software.
Because the Asia judicial environment is more complicated, This leads to no one who can really solve such criminal problems.
If you are from Japan, you should be very clear, I can also understand that this is not a problem we can solve.
So we need a higher level of dialogue, Regarding the behaviors of these criminal group members, can you provide confirmation of violations and necessary penalties?
If you can, please forward this request to EA staff who can help us.
Thank you!

I would never expect a company to speak on actions taken against certain players. They simply won't (or at least shouldn't) do it. Again, the best you can do is report the player(s) and move on. If others are experiencing problems, urge them to do the same.
As for harassment on Facebook, etc., that's not anything EA/DICE can monitor or act on for that matter. You're best bet is to take that up with FB directly. Block the offenders or (if necessary) change your privacy settings. I know if a toxic player follows me and harasses me via PS messaging, I can report them through Sony. They are very sensitive to this kind of abuse and take it seriously. It could also result in a ban of the offender from PSN services. .....so most don't risk it.

Yep, but some will never accept that reasoning. I've moderated for other forums and we always had a zero tolerance for N&S and / or videos that displayed names of others linked for those purposes.

I've actually seen at least 1 blatant cheater on Renewal that was playing on xbox. My teammates kept saying that this person was killing them through walls and near the end of the match he/she killed me through the big hill that's near A2. The kill cam showed them being somewhere around c flag but they were so far away I couldn't see them marked in red. At the end of the round it showed them getting 80+ kills but I never saw this person in vehicles.

@RoninMB75That sound more like a lag/sync issue. The fact that you say he was playing on xbox just makes it even less likely that it was a cheater. (I would actually say it impossible)

@Kean_1111 I must tell you that EA&DICE has this responsibility and obligation to help all server providers and server owners solve criminal problems from China,
Because these criminals from China have seriously violated many rules of "Battlefield's Commitment to Positive Play", These people will only hide under the Chinese judicial umbrella to intimidate players from other countries.
Do you think Japan and other Asian countries belong to China? Did you know that the censorship of Facebook Asia is controlled by China? No one can do anything for us, only EA can block the hardware devices of these criminal groups through EAC to find a little justice for us.
What I want to say is, The server provider has suffered a loss of unknown dollars, and this situation has completely destroyed Battlefield’s freedom of development and creativity.
We now only need EA to help us deal with the TOS problem, Because these people use a cheap amount to rent a server to enjoy the game, and at the same time destroy the freedom of other Asian players to play the game, but the server provider cannot terminate the server service for them, this is not fair!
@EA_Mako My boss is waiting for your contact, please help us!
