Class and Vehicle loadouts

With new Vehicle weapons and more guns and gadgets coming, I think we need a way to save our gadgets and vehicle setups as loadouts.

Pre-Specialist rework we had universal load outs that while flawed in staying consistent with each role, it allowed us to quick swap to a loadout as we needed, such as changing primary or gadget or both. after the rework however you cannot quickly swap all of your loadout on the respawn screen, which was a step back when it comes to saving builds when you need ammo/meds or AT/AA launcher etc.

People have asked for this PER Specialist but I don't feel that's the right way to go about it as Engineer and Support only have 3 specialist unless DICE changes their mind on no more specialists and add 2 more to round out the specialist count.

Instead 4 PER class is a better solution as sometimes you want the same kit for a different Specialist and Vice Versa. it also would work with angel's crate to change a preset loadout or edit it in game like it currently does

For vehicles it would be nice especially since you have to be fast before anyone takes your desired vehicle while you edit the armaments. for example it would be nice to spawn a MBT catered to the game mode you are playing such as MPATs for CQ and HEATs for BT, or the wildcat change for ground base targets when there's few aircraft or swap to AA when needed. Even for when you have a buddy you can change it when you are solo or have a friend that is good with a certain station. 

As for amount it depends as some can go for 4 to 2 loadouts due to some lacking options to take currently.

Overall I feel like this was a QOL change that was accidental removed from the specialist rework.
