Class system sucks

Been playing since bad company, but when 2042 came out it changed everything. At first you can either run with your squad or go solo. But now it’s forcing you to be a team player. Which is not kool, everyone has different ways of playing. Some like working as a team, others like to go on there own path. And you have completely destroyed that with the class system.
How are you a fan of Battlefield since Black company 2 and then have issues with BF2042 course correcting from the removal of the classes it did at launch? How did you enjoyed all the BF games between BC2 and now if you detest classes so much?
Is this another April fools joke that overstayed the date it is supposed to stay at or is the OP serious?

it's called being hit with a bait and switch. paid for and played one game for 14 months (that had a beta with the old unlocked gadgets) then it was ripped away. fundamentally changing a game that long after launch killed the game for me. (and cost dice money. i'm not buying the next game)
