- 4 years ago@lookcr It could be matchmaking that's the problem. I can't really say because there's no visibility/transparency in terms of active player numbers or servers available. Hopefully, if whoever is affected chimes in on here, we could get DICE to look at this problem.

Same situation. My day off and I've been trying to get one match since 8am. Sit in matchmaking queue only to get booted back to home screen. PS5, US West Coast. This has been on going for weeks. Tried to get a refund but Sony told me to F off. Waste of $100!
- 4 years ago@VoMiTuS124 that's rough! I'd have thought that matchmaking in the US would be similar to Europe. But its not ☹️
Its good that you @lookcr responded - thank you. If we can get more players into this conversation, maybe we'll see a response from DICE.
