Why does the game still let players join a match that's nearly over?

I've seen this problem for over a year, and no one has fixed it. Just today, I waited 2 minutes to join a match — and it ended instantly. Twice in a row. WTF, EA?

and other problem with AMD RX6000 series  the game cannot play with lastest driver becasue when you dies the game crash instanly so i've to roll the driver back to what it work and with this method i won't able to play bfV because it requires lastest driver seriously??? What kind of joke is this?
