Console players
Honestly, the aim assist is ridiculous. Xbox players kill me with just 3-5 shots, all the time. It Looks like the shots don't hit them. 90% of my kills are for xbox players. Aim Assist is very strong...
It feels similar to what we've had since at least BF1.
This level of aim assist has existed in on PC Battlefield servers for at least the past six years for controller users.

@AngrySquid270There was no cross play in those games. So there may have been aim assist on consoles, but not in a situation against PCs that don’t get any aim assist, snap, or recoil reduction.
Yes there was a situation where you had aim assist on PC on past games. On PC if you plug in a controller you get aim assist; at least as far back as BF1.
Aim assist on PC was full strength aim assist as seen on console (unlike the reduced aim assist seen in Apex Legends). I played BF1 on all platforms and I couldn't tell a difference between PC aim assist and console aim assist. And that aim assist feels similar to what we have now in BF2042.
If aim assist is your enemy then you need to reframe your argument to 'controller' users rather than 'console' users. You also need to come to terms with the fact that you've been living with this level of aim assist for the past six years - you were just blind to it.
What is clear is that more and more people think the same. Console gamers don't want to play against pc gamers and more and more pc gamers don't want to play against console gamers.
The solution would be as easy as implementing what currently exists in Apex: play with your platform, all consoles or all (pc included). Very easy solution and everyone happy.
