@TwiitchTV_NEIVFF there are a few threads on this already, and I have noticed an increase in this exact situation you are experiencing in the last 2 patches.
My situation is this: if hit by a console player, I die with 3-4 additional shots added in the damage log. There is no firefight. 100% of the time, hit=death. There is no returning fire, no way to escape the shots. No amount of jumping, sliding, crouching, ducking behind cover matters.
It almost seems like the game just gives them a kill if you are visible and they ADS'd and fired, then on your side, all the updates come at once.
I also see no difference in TTD between any of the weapons, it feels like everyone has a K30.

https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/The-Question-of-Aim-Assist/td-p/11778736I think it is more than just Aim Assist. That is part of the problem, but I think when you add in the fast TTK/TDD with high RoF weapons + 45Hz tick rates + lag comp, you have a recipe for disaster.
Also, there was a change, DICE may say nothing changed, but I didn't magically go from dying to console players 50% of the time to dying to console players 99% of the time (and instantly no less) and nothing changed.
Lastly, it is not console players' faults. They are playing with what DICE gave them. They are feeling it too against each other.
