As a fellow player that never tried 2142, I too would love to do that as well. But as I mentioned in a different post, it's more complicated to port maps over than just copy/paste/convert sequences in a map editor. I also doubt the existing Frostbite engine has any support for something along the lines of Titan mode, so that would require additional work to be done as well, which I highly doubt would be done (as interested as I would be to see it).
OP, yeah it is crazy to think that we have 4 news maps in the last 16+ months.
Like you said, with seasons 12-14 weeks long, every season should've had no less than 3 new maps, one about every 4 weeks.

- @GrizzGolf I think we all do. I seriously doubt anyone prefers this new "live service" system. I don't care if it is free. I'd pay for content if it was available
