There's no way to make the controller feel good. I have around 1500 hours in this game and I guarantee you, there is no combination of settings that will leave you thinking "yeah, this feels fine". More controller settings than any other Battlefield and it still feels the worst.
I've got about 2200 hours in with the standard PS5 controller (albeit about my 8th one due to stick drift problems), and I've not adjusted a single setting. It feels perfectly fine to me.
