When I reached the last sentence I had to double check if you posted this yesterday or today (1st of April). Then I had to laugh out loud. Actually WHEN did you try to keep us informed and how over the last 4 weeks? Coming out of hibernation for a few posts ONCE FEW WEEKS is not what can be considered 'keeping us informed'.
Maybe someone else should tell you that if you yourself believe what you wrote, you sadly lost touch with reality. And no, that is not being toxic, that is simply stating a verifiable fact (e.g. count the number of posts by all CMs combined in the last 4 weeks here on the official forums).
And if you write: "We’ll return in a couple of weeks with a new topic for Core Feedback, this time focusing on Specialists." what do you mean by 'in a couple of weeks'??? I would say there was the (reasonable) expectation that you could and should have prepared the acquisition of feedback for specialists already and now you hint at the possibility that we have to wait another week or two for you to even START gathering feedback. And then again at least A MONTH before you post an update?
One example: you know that NOBODY wants those cringe voice lines after each match. You don't need feedback for that one. And I think it is one of the easiest changes that you can do to skip them. From what I read, they are still in the game. If they are still in when the next patch hits, this would show a complete disregard to the wishes of the community. Let's hope that you do at least this tiny change with the next patch before you are getting this told 'officially' approximately 1000 times within the next feedback 'loop'.
We already realized that this whole feedback thing is something to manage the anger of the community and not to improve the game, but man, don't make it so obvious that you draw things out intentionally.
