I hope you are not serious about the changes to Renewal.
You are converting the map into a funnel where the helis and the vehicles can farm the infantry. This was one of the maps with little changes needed to it and if you wanna change it as shown in the picture I'm 100% it's better as it is right now. For once Dice play the game because this change makes me think you have no QA in place in the studio.
We need more weapons also.
Fly by wire weapons to take out the low flying blackbirds who fly/glitch though trees etc with no damage?
Again I would like to express my thanks to you for posting here and really express my gratitude and happiness for all the people at DICE and EA for making a really fun and different Battlefield... but also for working so hard to make improvements - as well as such big changes to the game.
Personally I love 2042 ... and have played thousands of hours of Battlefield since Bad Company 2 12 years ago. Still, I'm really looking forward to any and all improvements and new content!
I really don't have any feedback to add on Maps because it sounds like y'all have a good handle on the overall consensus of problems and issues....especially the vehicle spam/balance as it pertains to map layout.

Man, the more I think about the current state of the game and the state of their future plans, the worse I feel about it and the less confidence I have in this team. While good, changes this feels like it could have been done in a few weeks from discussing/building first prototypes to shipping the changes. Nothing here looks like it should take months of work, especially with how little has been done to the game this year.
I'll stick around for the April update in the hopes it blows us all away, but if this is the "quality" of support we can expect from DICE, I'm done. This is a joke compared to the level of support the game needs in order for DICE to deliver the game they sold us on, but we're getting the C-team skeleton crew.
This isn't directed at CM's or any individual DICE staffer (maybe management, though management needs thicker skins) but really: Screw you, DICE. DICE as a studio kinda sucks and y'all are a bunch of liars. "Way ahead of schedule" my hairy butt.
Shame, the BF franchise was a ton of fun. Guess I'll be back if it gets handed over to a competent studio that actually gives a crap about the franchise and has spent any time playing the previous games.
The old DICE crew should come back and take over! They can make 2042 a hell of a game in like 4 to 6 months and revive the franchise. Get rit of the internships that made this game crap and get the community back where all the fun was. I have played battlefield since Battlefield 2 modern combat on ps2 and was always exited when the new game came out. This is a big dissapointment to a LOAD of players.
Since that time you build some trust with the franchise, so you pre-order. And because you know the content from the past was always good, you pre-order gold or platinum. And now they stole your money and give you sh!t content. Who wants 20 skins to choose for a weapon or vehicles?? looks like the game is all about that.
