Crawfords Gatling Gun Too Week

Crawfords Gatling gun is Pathetic. How come it can damage vehicles, yet takes hundreds of rounds to bring down one infantry soldier.

I hope at least in the 4.2 patch the overheating is sorted out since this happens far too quickly.

Also, Why is there a gap in the protective shield exposing his head. If Dozer can have a full face shield then why can't Crawford.

When you see Crawford on the Battlefield everyone just laughs, stands in front of him and aims for his head in the gap. He's a week joke and Wasted Character.

.50 Caliber mounted machine gun = 8 hits to kill
throwing knife = 1 hit to kill
Crossbow = 1 hit to kill
SMG / LMG - 8 -20 hits to kill
Sniper rifle from 1 mile away - 1 hit to kill

@DunkPriceyOmg thank you for this post. Glad someone brought this up, stoped playing crawford because of this. I give them that they are trying, but how can you fail to test out things that don't make sense even in a video game.

This was the problem from the start with the specialists.
If you buff his gatling gun it becomes overpowered and the same can be said about other gadgets/abilities (wallhack-scans, turrets, dogs etc).
The gatling gun shouldn't have been in the game from the beginning, it ended up being a useless 'toy'.
The specialists have made Dice wasting their development time on creating memes, instead of making a game that is working, fun to play and has proper content...

@cso7777 I have to give you cso you are very well spoken and knowledgeable. Maybe Dice / EA should hire more of the community members for testing positions etc. You should apply ( i am being serious ).

There's one Extra thing I never mentioned in my original post about Crawford.
The Gun has to be set up on such a perfectly flat surface, You spend too long trying to get it to turn green and get it ready. What Happens.... YOU GET SHOT !!!!

They should make it have 600 rounds of ammo. Takes a ammo box to replenish it and a reload time to do so. Like someone else said have full face shield.
Be more accurate at 150yrds without such a big spread..

Yeah, the Gatling gun needs either to do more damage or if its intent is to be a more of a deterrent, it should lose the "Please Snipe Me" hole in the middle

Has anyone noticed that post patch the gatling seems to have just a wee bit longer run time before cool down? Maybe it's just me wishful thinking.
