Summarize your bug Go into your Soldier's "General / Options - Other" section, where you can select to opt in or out of CrossPlay by choosing OFF or ON. Here it appears as being ON by default. But when going to the toggle switch, the option is actually disabled to be toggled as you want. So it is not possible to choose to select OFF for CrossPlay. It is forced ON permanently.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Follow the steps as described above, on how to get to that plave in the menu where you change your preference for CrossPlay ON/OFF: Go into your Soldier's "General / Options - Other" section, where you can select to opt in or out of CrossPlay by choosing OFF or ON. Here it appears as being ON by default. But when going to the toggle switch, the option is actually disabled to be toggled as you want. So it is not possible to choose to select OFF for CrossPlay. It is forced ON permanently.
What happens when the bug occurs? You do not have the option to put CrossPlay to OFF as we wanted it to be. We are forced to be in CrossPlay by default, no matter if we want to or not.
What should be happening instead? We should have the toogle switch working instead, so we can set our preference to CrossPlay = OFF.

And yes, we are aware of the pre-requisite conditions for this toggle function to be available. But despite adhering to all the conditions, then the option to set CrossPlay to OFF is still not possible...

Xbox player here.....So eventually I was able to get into a game, got killed surprisingly quick by some players, checking, I find they are PC players. So I went in and turned off Crossplay (should have the option to just bypass PC players and play with Playstation but whatever). Since I turned crossplay off I have not been able to get into a game at all, 2 hours of my 10hr trial over already 🙂 Either I get into a game by myself or with 1 or 2 other players that wait 5 mins and leave because of "waiting for players". Gave solo with bots a try and keep getting errors, so I turned crossplay back on and the first 7 games I try to get into show an error. I was able to get into one game so far and it crashed halfway through. WOW, and the game is not even released to the full public yet.

I find this hard to believe that after 2 hours there was no game, I have mine turned off in the settings and get into a game instantly. Xbox Series X.
Playing with only Xbox players is way better.
Same for me. Instantly in games. People are figuring it out. Dice will get the message.
- @SGT_Lindy Well... Does it still work or do all Xbox players now play Halo Infinite so there is no chance to get a full lobby? 😉
