Ive just signed in after not playing for half a year and lost ALL of my progress?
I’m playing on Xbox X|S version and always have, I redownloaded last night just to notice all of my progress has been erased and I have to start from level 1.
How do I fix this?

did you unlink your Xbox account at any point in the last while and relink it to a different EA account?
If so, that would explain why your progress is gone as progress doesn't move over during the unlinking process.
