Delay or stuttering when firing

Most likely no devs left that could do that. Sad, but most likely true. ;(
If this were not the case, then they would at least fixed the ADS bug for the SCAR that is most likely a few minutes of work. But even this was not done. I have almost no other explanation than 'all devs left' -- or maybe that the bugs are deliberate to discourage us from playing, saving server resources and making sure nobody is left by the end of S4 to complain about support getting cut off completely.
