Dev notes-Vehicle, equipment loadout changes for season 7

Interesting that DICE said in their post:

"We’re aware that Ground Vehicles currently face too many threats both from infantry and other vehicles, and due to this it automatically encourages defensive gameplay which takes place from a large distance."

But then only nerf infantry (as usual).  What about the serious OP threat from attack choppers and jets!?

I don't understand any of the changes, other than increasing flares cooldown, which I suspect will be so minor it will be almost undetectable.

Wildcat gets YET ANOTHER nerf, so no one will bother with that now and the skies will be clear for the flyboys.  And the engineer gadgets also nerfed against vehicles!?  They already have APS, thermal smoke, self-repair and other things - why nerf engineers EVEN MORE!?

Honestly, I'm done with this game.  Tired of the devs ignoring the feedback from the loyal community, and making up their own changes that no one has asked for, which they then usually have to revert or u-turn on later.  Visual recoil for instance - what a joke!
