@Adamonic I mean we use to get 4 maps per dlc. I understand how to the whole battle pass / seasons thing works and in order for them to make money people have to buy boins and purchase stuff from the store. No one is going to stay interested in the game for 3 months with only 1 NEW map and 2 or 3 NEW weapons (portal weapons and map reworks don't count as new to veterans) especially to the younger generation that are more likely to buy those cosmetics. Younger generations get bored faster than people that have been around playing these games like most of us veterans in this thread who are dedicated. Like I said I am pleased with how things are now (but I'm always very easily pleased with battlefield) but appealing to a larger player base, most people won't stick around for the full season for what there getting.
You all can gripe about not having maps all you want. With the way MM works and no persistence, you don't get to play them anyway. There is 15 maps as it is and This week I've played maybe 4...
- @Echo6Echo You have a point. I know we can't get server browser and there's no point in having a pick a map option or 24/7 servers cause not a large player base. I think what would work is to have ppl press match making "conquest or breakthrough" then stay in that game mode with a consistent map rotation of all available maps in game.
