DLSS is still out of date after Update 1.2. We are still on the DLSS version that launched with the game (2.2.18). There have been many revisions in DLSS since this version. Please update this .dll file to the latest version so we can benefit from these improvements.We cannot manually swap this .dll file ourselves, as that disables DLSS entirely. Thank you! I can't believe they still haven't bothered to just drop the new .dll file into the game's more recent builds. DLSS looks horrible as soon as one moves the camera.

Please update the DLSS .dll file included with Battlefield 2042. Even after the 2042 1.0 update, we are still on DLSS version 2.2.18. I believe the latest available is 2.4.3 which has mitigated the ghosting DLSS introduces considerably.For many games, you can simply swap the DLL file to the latest version, but this doesn't work in Battlefield 2042 (it grays out the DLSS setting in-game).Thank you!SEASON 2 UPDATE: This is still on version 2.2.18. @pecmeserp thats just not true, in cyberpunk the improvement is significant. and it was in tarkov too. but now in tarkov, you cant change it anymore. you just need to switch dlss dll to a newer version.

you know how slow the battlefield team is. i dont expect they will do somthing about it. they just dont care, they got a 4090 in the system and dont need dlss like us.

As of the latest update, the game is still using DLSS version 2.2.18 from Nov 2021.
Image quality is significantly inferior to the latest versions, which have drastically improved the image reconstruction quality as well as motion handling and image stability.
Please consider updating DLSS, or at the very least allow us to manually replace the .DLL file without triggering the anti-cheat.
Even for those of us who have fast enough graphics cards to handle native rendering, the TAA implementation in this game engine is flat-out terrible, always has been, since BF1 and BFV even.

DLSS has been upgraded to version 2.5.0 in the Season 5 update.
Much thanks to the developers for listening to feedback requests.
Although this isn't the latest DLSS version, it's still far better than the ancient 2.2.18 one we had before.
