You will need to buy the game again on different Platform. Battlefield 2042 will includes Cross-Progression and CrossPurchase so your ingame Stats and Purchases (Battle Pass, skins...) will carry over to your other Platform. 🙂
Keep in mind to link your EA Account on those Platforms as all will be automatically saved to your EA Account.
