Do you guys have a Tactical Advisor?

Whereas this question has multiple-upon multiple connotations, my inquiry is specific to the boundaries of the maps and how they are drawn/determined.

Does anyone walk the map before final boundaries are determined to evaluate the proposed lines from a tactical perspective?

For example:  Avoiding forced funnels through LDAs, avoiding forced approaches via the military crest of a hill, so on and so forth.
