Done Goof and bought a bundle accidently
Done goof and bought the new bundle (Enthusiast) in bf 2042 by accident is it possible to get it refund? I was trying to inspect the bundle in question but being a lil sleepy and not reading the pop ...
@fel8x8 I don't believe that bundles are refundable unfortunately. You could try EA Help again, but it sounds like they might not be able to do it.
Edit: did some reading of the return policy and I think it falls under the DLC part of the 'What can't I get a refund on?' section here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/returns-and-cancellations/#refunds
