Dozers shield
enough of this nonsense...fix it. Either slow his running speed or have the shield break after so many shots. I've seen this thing take a direct hit from a rocket and it do nothing. It's stupid and just a crutch for bad players.

The shield is totally stupid, being able to 'bash' people to death...
It should never have been part of the game, but now it is too late.
BF needs less 'stupid mechanics', for the game to become fun to play. Dice must understand that when you put people in lots of cheesy situations, the game becomes annoying and it doesn't wanna make you play the game. The specialists are just too much "cheese" and while non of them are perhaps game-breaking, it all adds up and the gameplay becomes a joke in the end.
I think we all can agree that such gadgets like a Shield and the so called "specialists" in general don't belong in Battlefield title anyway.

- @Its_Travis_199 It worked well in bf4 so I wouldn't say it doesn't belong. Just take away the melee and make the window a weak point to make it the same as in bf4. I used it going up elevators with a buddy standing behind me to survive elevator campers.

It is already at that stage.
Most complaints probably come from gents who did not thought of shooting at the exposed feet or to flank around.
@UP_Hawxxeyeyou can shoot the exposed feet but hardly any damage is caused. One shot to your foot you are not running anymore. Same as snipers in this game they are straight from cod no flinch if shot and auto aim at close range.
I wish you could shoot the shield enough to break it. Tired of having Dozers chase after me

All I know is that I picked up Dozer yesterday and I could easily get shot by any enemy who was not at a like 5 degree angle in front of me.
I got jumped over, outflanked etc. They did not even need to throw firebombs at me.
Unless you are stuck alone with Dozer in a very confined + narrow space, you are not in as a big disadvantage as you think.Dozer's real perk is his explosive resistance.
