It is already at that stage.
Most complaints probably come from gents who did not thought of shooting at the exposed feet or to flank around.
@UP_Hawxxeyeyou can shoot the exposed feet but hardly any damage is caused. One shot to your foot you are not running anymore. Same as snipers in this game they are straight from cod no flinch if shot and auto aim at close range.
I wish you could shoot the shield enough to break it. Tired of having Dozers chase after me

All I know is that I picked up Dozer yesterday and I could easily get shot by any enemy who was not at a like 5 degree angle in front of me.
I got jumped over, outflanked etc. They did not even need to throw firebombs at me.
Unless you are stuck alone with Dozer in a very confined + narrow space, you are not in as a big disadvantage as you think.Dozer's real perk is his explosive resistance.
