@ShevermiN Some of us harden up. My personal experience shows less than majority in that grouping.
Balance on joins is the only way to go in this regard. The ugly part is you can have a winning team that's down quite a few players. Then they get all the new bodies.

Back in the BF4 days I did a mockup of a detailed stats system. General Overview with class and vehicle breakdowns, and map specific stats. We all generally play and perform differently given the map. Some maps you focus on infantry, others tanks/aircraft etc. Together these two systems would accurately breakdown a players ability. You could easily and accurately use these metrics for balancing.
