Acknowledging that BFV and BF2042 were failures sounds like hope for the future.
But it begs the question...if you knew BFV was a miss why were you unable to learn from that and make adjustments for BF2042?

Acknowledging failures of the past in corporate speak is just a way to try to dupe people a second/third/fourth time to market the next game.
I saw it happen twice in World of Warcraft after the Legion expansion only for the next 2 expansions to double down on the bad things that people pointed out in Legion.
Talk is cheap, especially when coming out of the mouths of rich and influential people
