The ONLY posts I ever read by ANY community manager in this forum in the last weeks (months?) are posting links to refund policies even if they are aware that no refund is possible or reminding users to follow posting guidelines.
NO other interaction or response to any of the topics raised here. Very sad state of affairs. Seems like interacing with the community is definitely NOT part of a CM job description.

If you haven't read any CM posts recently.....then you're not paying enough attention to the forums.
I started a thread about issues I was having with matchmaking a couple of days ago and had a CM (Blueberry) jump into the thread to offer some technical assistance regarding a possible solution.
They are definately around and trying to help.
Clearly they are likely to avoid a topic and conversation that has already devolved into a childish torrent of hate and abuse.
If you can't communicate properly and with a degree of intelligence (which I fear is not easy for a large number of forum users wherever they might be) then you can't really expect people to respond and communicate with you or others.
I feel for the CM's.....it cannot be an easy role.
