Of course we're using VoIP and playing as a Squad. It's not a skill issue, it's a game issue.

If somethings imbalanced or broken, using VoIP or playing as a Squad ain't gonna fix it.

There's a been a myriad of weird balance changes regarding AA's and Aircraft since Season 1 that have nothing to do with teamplay, if anything those changes were against teamplay.

The SOFLAM has remained untouched, the Dart Gun was nerfed for some reason. The Lock-on ranges were buffed ridiculously and because of that Flares remain as potent as ever, instead of buffing lock-ons, flares should've been nerfed. Rao was never buffed after the class change.

I've literally posted proof that team support gadgets are inconsistent. There's no argument here, and people should not be surprised that players use what's most viable.

@S3SSioN_SoL The nightbird isn't unbalanced and if they're bothering you, a squad of AA missiles will soon sort him out. Communication and teamwork is required to solve any problem. You have all the tools needed at your disposal in the portal, no limitations on squad specialists and all gadgets available in most servers. Softcore servers are where those weak pilots live, don't be just another one of their stats.
As for the lack of VOIP, you can make your own squad now and get your friends together so I don't understand your problem.

  @S3SSioN_SoL I found the Twitter post from Battlefield Comms that @RanzigeRidder2 mentioned in an earlier post. There maybe a chance we get back the 20mm AA Flak for the LAVT and Hovercrafter depending on if EA/Dice can determine the correct balance. Below is the link the Twitter Battlefield Comms post:

    Yeah of course it's supposed to come back, they haven't said it'll be remove.
    
    As you see on the tweet they always just mentioned it's been disabled till further balance changes have been made. 🙃

NONSENSE. The nightbird has been unbalanced for the entirety of this game. It's ALWAYS been ridiculously OP.

  The Nightbird is overdue for a balance fix. There are simply no downsides to the Nightbird. It's tiny, maneuverable, the miniguns take a long time to overheat, and they can still carry a repair crew.

    @Shibiwan I could not agree more. I posted a screenshot of where a Nightbird went 64-4 in a round of "Control".
